Course Bookings and Payment

• Course places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Full payment, or a deposit and enrolment in an approved payment plan, is required to secure your booking.

• Where a payment plan is used, all instalments must be completed before the course date. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of your place, subject to our Return Policy.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete.

Course Content

• We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date content; however, Ortho Atelier reserves the right to modify course material, dates, and faculty if necessary.

• All course materials are for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without written permission.

Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Liability

• Ortho Atelier is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs lost due to course cancellation.

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the application of course material in clinical practice.
