We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. The following policy outlines your rights and obligations when registering for in-person courses delivered by Ortho Atelier.
Cancellations by the Delegate
More than 30 days before the course date:
A full refund will be issued, minus a 5% administrative fee to cover transaction and processing costs.14 to 30 days before the course date:
A 50% refund of the course fee will be issued.Less than 14 days before the course date:
No refund will be given.Non-attendance:
If you fail to attend the course without providing prior written notice, no refund or credit will be issued.Substitutions:
You may nominate a substitute to attend the course in your place at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Please note that our refund policy is in place due to the significant setup overheads, venue hire costs, and logistical planning required to run our in-person events.
Courses are kept intentionally small to ensure a high-quality experience, and we often operate with a waiting list of clinicians eager to attend.
This policy applies only when you notify us in advance of your change in circumstances.
Cancellations by Ortho Atelier
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Ortho Atelier, we will offer:
A full refund of the course fee, or
The option to transfer your booking to a future course date
We do not accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred by delegates (e.g., travel, accommodation, or time off work).
Amendments
Ortho Atelier reserves the right to make changes to course content, speakers, or venue if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your right to attend or claim CPD.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
